I stayed at this stunning hotel with my daughter whilst visiting the Universities we had the most wonderful stay . Our room overlooked the stunning Pool area. The ambience of the hotel was much appreciated surrounded by the beautiful gardens. We will definitely return hopefully before October.

I booked the location last moment as a surprise for my partners birthday. The location, the people and the room did not disappoint.

Was disappointed with the room as it had an awful drain smell throughout the two day stay. The smell ran through the hotel but was worse in the room. No hand soap in our room and just one shower gel for two days. I did complain so we got one more shower gel but no had soap so we had to use hand gel to wash hands which left less for shower!!! Room was not cleaned properly towels weren’t changed and toilet paper wasn’t replenished! Had to ask for it! Not the service I would expect for a 4 star and definitely not worth the money. Staff however were great but hardly any staff at breakfast and restaurant was not great food was ok.
