    My stay at Conrad Bangkok was truly exceptional. The room preparation went beyond my expectations, and every thoughtful detail made the experience feel genuinely special. I would especially like to thank the Customer Relations Team for the beautiful honeymoon setup, surprise cake, and lovely card. Their thoughtfulness truly touched me. The location was also extremely convenient for my Italy visa appointment, and the direct connection to the building was one of the main reasons I chose Conrad. And the day I was staying, Bangkok was fully troubled with flooding and raining all day long. My decision to stay at Conrad made my business trip success smooth and less worried. The warm, attentive service throughout my stay truly lived up to the Conrad experience I had hoped for. One area for improvement would be the experience for self-driving guests. The B2 parking route requires carrying luggage up around 20 steps to reach the lobby. Although valet parking is available, this was not obvious to me as a first-time guest. Clearer information about valet parking before arrival would make the experience even more seamless. I’ll prepare my luggage well and leave my car for staff. Maybe next time business trip I would well prepared.

    Always loved this hotel as it’s my go to. My only concerns is I wish the toilet sprayers were longer to accommodate guests that are not only tiny Asians and concierge should automatically take your delivery orders to your room. Some other hotels I will not mention will contact you when an order arrived and bring to your room without question. I would expect this place to do the same. Because I can always change to liking another hotel instead if needed to accommodate my time from not having to go down to grab an order every time it arrives
