The Quarter Ploenchit by UHG - Walking distance to BTS Ploenchit & Nana Street

Very thing about this property was perfect, friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable rooms, large bathrooms and very clean.

I have been staying at The Quarter Ploenchit since 2021 on a regular basis. The location is perfect - close to Central Embassy, Central world and also Terminal 21. I often visit Bumrungrad hospital, also easily within walking distance of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The location is perfect , the staff so friendly , and it’s so clean

Nice hotel located centrally, clean rooms.

Someone was smoking from another room. I called down to say that my entire room smelled like smoke upon bedtime. They offered to spray my room which would make it smell like smoke and perfume spray. I told them upon checking out the same thing. I was very suprised that I wasn’t offered any sort of compensation. I was basically awake from my room that smelled like a nightclub. I’ve worked many years in a hotel, and when you have a customer saying this, you note it, report it to the manager and talk to the customer in the morning for apologies and compensation.
