The hotel is well positioned in Bangrak, close to all services. The staff are efficient and will resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. I would honestly have no issues staying here again.
I had an issue on the first night with the room. This was quickly resolved by the very efficient staff. There is nothing to dislike about my stay. All down to the good staff. The pool is fantastic with great views across to Koh Phangan. The pool bar was great again with great staff.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The pool was great, breakfast good also. Being located on the beach with restaurant options & close to airport & ferries was a bonus! Our room was comfortable & a good size. Reception was extremely helpful & attentive!
It would be easier if the pool bar took card payment & our room said it had a balcony but just had chairs facing a brick wall!

The hotel is very closed to the ferry to go to Koh Phangan.
The room size is large.
The room feels old and the TV was not even connected to the power.
It seems only one side of the AC is working and it was not very strong.
The room was close to the road and could hear road noise (lucky it is low season and only staying 1 night).
