I am stayed in the studio suite room, it is modern, spaciou, clean and has good air-conditioning and the ceiling fan is a nice touch. There is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, 7 eleven and main road which didn't bother me but for some it might be a hindrance. I did use grab a lot more than i would to get around. They do provide a shuttle to the beach club which was handy. The cons, mattress is quite firm and the bed makes noises when you move. If you have a loud next door neighbours you can hear them moving around which can be quite annoying when youre trying to sleep. The breakfast is quite basic, not a lot of choice and doesnt change which is disappointing. I ordered pizza one night which was very good. The swimming pool area is nice however be aware unfortunately you have certain type of guests staying here, that will place a towel on a sun lounger first thing in the morning and then head off to do whatever for a couple of hours before coming back (See photo). This was happening every day until the last few days I was there as the manager took action a little too late, hopefully that continues. I observed most of these loungers not being used for over 1 to 2 hours, crazy!!! How rude, self entitled and selfish behaviour, if you want your own lounger go and rent your own villa! Simple really. The hotel staff state that there is a 30 mins hold on a sun lounger only but they were not policing this. I had a bad experience on the first day with an aggressive guest due to moving a towel on sun lounger that wasnt being used for well over an hour hence my review. I just left the resort and went somewhere else to relax, not the kind of culture that should be encouraged on a holiday. There appears to be a lack of loungers so people must feel justified in their behaviour and heard mentality kicks in. For this reason alone i wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to chill and not be stressed out by the actions of others. Again hopefully they keep taking action, so a few dont spoil it for many. They also messed up my laundry order and tried to cover it up which again was disappointing. On a positive note, the Chi beach club is awesome. Great food and good vibes, book a sun lounger a day in advance!

The staff is very nice. Breakfast is good and the outdoor dining area by the pool is comfortable. Beds are double size beds not queen size and a little too firm for my taste. The kitchenette has glasses and a couple of coffee cups only. The beach club, with the Chi name, is an adult alcohol scene with loud booming music playing all day until 6:00 so unless that is what you’re looking for you will need to figure out something different for beach time. The swimming pool at the resort is a good size and temperature however the ph of the water is too low (acidic) and burns one’s eyes and has a sour taste. Overall we had a good time.

Me and my partner stayed for 5 nights here, and overall experience was really great. The resort was very clean and modern and it was better than photos on the ads. However, there is a room for improvement from housekeeping team, toilet tissues, different sizes of towels etc. should be filled at each housekeeping which unfortunately didn’t happen and we had to ask a few times to deliver those; but the service was also delayed. Otherwise, we were so happy to stay here, nice breakfast, warm pool, a clean bedding and room, as well as great location. Highly recommended!

While this resort has potential, several major maintenance and comfort issues held it back from being a great stay. The biggest downside was the bed, which was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Outdoors, the pool water clearly wasn’t being properly treated, leaving it looking visibly unclean. Additionally, the grounds need much better upkeep, the gardens were poorly maintained, which unfortunately led to a noticeable cockroach problem around the property.
