The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and everything was fresh.
The staff are so helpful and wanting you to have the best experience possible. Couldn’t be more helpful for anything you need.
The king size bed was fantastic and the room was a great size. Very comfortable, we would stay here again.

It was a very big, very nice hotel, with all the needed amenities. Staff was kind, and breakfast was amazing. Pool was nice too.

I loved the room and the lobby. The room was comfortable and well maintained, very good amenities. Lobby had plenty of comfortable chairs.
I didn’t like the location(not to the fault of the hotel). The BTS system is not very convenient to use in my opinion, and when trying to use taxis or busses the area is one of the most congested in all of Bangkok so it took so long to get everywhere. It’s located close to very busy main roads so that was not very pleasant to walk by.
Another thing is the breakfast could be better - coffee and the bread offered were mediocre in quality.

The pool, the breakfast, the gym, the food!
1.The voucher protocole was not ideal, we couldn't use everywhere and when we wanted.
2.Bad conciergerie advices. I asked to organise a transport to Koh Chang and the concierge didn't propose any solutions.
3.The room and equipment are a bit old.
4.Sometimes they didn't change the towels although we put them on the floor
