Acceptable, but lots of room for improvement.

Good location, spacious room, easy check-in and check-out. Overall fine.

When we arrived, the room reeked of chlorine. We had to open all the windows and leave for a while to let it air out. Besides that, several things felt like they could use an update/improvement. The bed was very loud & creaky, the WiFi slow. The TV remote was dysfunctional, so we couldn't use the TV, and the window blinds got stuck. There's no supplemental lighting, so you have to use the bright overhead lights at all times.

Great value, nice location

Located in beautiful residential neighborhood with short walk to market, restaurants and parks. Appreciated person at desk 24 hours. No heat in room but desk gave me a portable heater that did the job. No hair dryer. I had 2 separate reservations. The first room was folorn- dingy and in need of sprucing up. After 1 night I moved to an executive suite which was much nicer. Appreciated daily maid service although bedding was not changed even though I was there 2 weeks.

Room 607 was dingy and in need of sprucing up. 602 was very much nicer.

Value, clean and comfortable accommodation in perfect location.

Excellent location in Condesa. Super clean. Large comfortable bed. And so quiet no noise from any neighbouring rooms.

We were fine but it's a little chilly in the morning this time of year and could do with a heater. Didn't ask though so maybe they do have at reception. Not a huge deal.

I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did a good job. My shower started to dripping one morning and they fixed it the same day without me even asking. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. Close to parks and cafés.

Great stay and location

Great location and spacious apartment. Big double bed. The appliances and TV were a bit outdated. Bathroom is Ok. Our toilet seat lid was a bit broken and detached from the seat. Daily cleaning service was great. Very easy to walk around popular suburbs and close to the Chapultepec park (anthropology museum). The area is great too, lots restaurants and bars nearby. In summary is good place to stay.

TV is a bit old. Cutlery not properly washed.

Ok for short stay

-The location is very good -there is a person always opening the main door, feels safe -the bedsheets looked clean and the bed was very comfortable -there was room cleaning almost every day

-all the widows in our room were facing an inner courtyard so we didn’t get any light or fresh air -the curtains and walls were very dirty -the cutlery was dirty and in very bad condition and we only had one fork -there is no hairdryer

Good price, great location, very clean, but freezing cold at night

It was very clean, and the location was terrific.

There were no vents for heat or air conditioning and in November, it was freezing at night. I had to wear socks and long sleeves just to go to sleep.

Elevator broke down

The bed is comfortable, and the suite has everything you need. Great shower pressure!

While the staff is great, the elevator broke down. I was on floor 6, 7 floors up the stairs. The elevator wouldn't be fixed until Monday. I switched rooms to floor 5. That's six floors up.

Price and location was nice but far from some places. The room was cleaned daily but without asking and touching your stuff, moving them around

Elevator didn't work at all, staff was not nice at all, the bathroom was really small the refrigerator sounded all night, the bed was squeaky, the Roku TV didn't work properly sometimes. The door between main room and the rest of the room didn't work

There were some original design problems with the room, the security box in 404 is in a perfect position to knock your head when you use the closet. The shower door were not that comfortable and the sliding doors of the room did not close, but other than that qute good overall

Quiet and confortable spot in the middle of a green neighbourhood

The hotel is on a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, really green thinking that you are on a city. The room are confortable and spacious, specially the bed! Staff helpfull! Very close (at 6 minutes walk) you have a metro station!

one day because we was still in the room when the clean service pass, they didn't come back later for clean the room and make the bed.

For stays in Condesa, the location is great, very close to several restaurants, pharmacies, its close to Chapultepec and a metro station. The street where it is located is very calm and quiet, allowing a restful night. Free parking on site. I really like the size of the room and the cleanliness of it, it was cleaned thoroughly everyday. The bed was very comfortable too.

The corridors can be a little untidy sometimes and the ammenities, though present, can be upgraded to make it feel of better quality. The lobby furniture could be upgraded to make it look better, but they are functional and good, this is just a recommendation on the aesthetic part.

Central location. Room was spacious and clean, with lots of useful amenities in the room. Wifi was good, bed was extremely comfortable, very little outside noise. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store bags then check in early. Recommended!

Great stay in CDMX

The suites are located very central and in a clean, cozy and safe European like neighborhood. The kitchen was connected with a living room, separate bedroom with a super king size bed and a bathroom. There was room service whenever you wanted, and the reception was 24/7. A lot of bus stops nearby (be aware that Chapultepec which is the nearest metro is closed as of January 2024, as well as other stops of line 1, so sometimes we walked to Patriotismo or Sonora).

We could have needed a bit more of forks, knives, spoons etc. kitchenware was ok but very few items 😞🥵

Lovely Mexico City

Lovely and safe neighbourhood. 24hr reception/security , the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has just the essentials and can be improved quite a lot! Bedroom has the biggest bed ever seen (triple) comfortable and with big bathroom. Wi-Fi and Netflix very good! Curtains / blinds really good!

The location is fantastic. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very close to three great parks. My room had a great view and huge windows.

The apartment was perfect and the staff really nice. Shower and faucets work really well. The bed was huge, clean and confortable. The neighborhood is nice and safe.

The kitchen could be a little more equipped, but it was manageable.
