The hotel was clean. It offered a good breakfast, although the choice of dishes was limited. A peaceful environment inside the hotel. An adequate room with a small but practical bathroom. It had a double bed, a mini fridge, a desk with a chair, a small TV, two bedside tables. The location of the hotel is good - there are many city sights not far from it.

1)The payment was available only in cash. It was impossible to pay with a card. We didn't have enough cash at that moment. It was late night outside, and the nearest currency exchange offices were closed. I had to look for an ATM and go there to withdraw cash. These were additional expenses for ATM withdrawal fees. 2)A hotel employee contacted us in messages before we checked in. He obsessively offered transfer. We checked in late in the evening. The hotel employee at the reception apparently was another person, he asked us to fill out 2 paper forms with info about booking, a room and data from booking.com (pin code and booking number, etc.). This information was not on the printout from the website itself, which I had printed and taken in advance. And this website and app are blocked in Turkey, and it is impossible to access it without a VPN. We were tired and soaked from the rain with a bunch of bags, the hotel employee could have asked us to do it in the morning, but he sat and waited for the forms to be filled out at the same time. 3)The room is located on the ground floor, having only one window with a view to the internal staircase leading from the ground floor to the basement - nothing interesting to look at. 4)The walls in the room are thin - at night we could hear the neighbors talking, the footsteps of people passing by the room. 5)The room has outdated decor, tired furniture, and an old, dusty, faded carpet on the floor. Overall, there were more cons than pros, that's why we do not recommend it for a comfortable stay.
