    Could not control room temperature. Very warm. Had to leave window open. Very noisy at night. Difficult to sleep. Everything else good.

    Nice bathroom most importantly. Room is as it's shown. Maybe can provide the "Do Not Enter" / "Do Not Disturb" tag for each room to hang outside of the room. Because I didn’t expect for the room to be cleaned everyday without any notice. I came back to the room with my clothes folded neatly and towels being replaced with a new one, which is very nice. But I also left some valuable stuff on my bed because I didn’t expect anyone to come in without informing first haha, but luckily all my stuff are safe. Really recommend this, but please improve on the room cleaning part, at least inform the guest first. Thank you, appreciate the hospitality.

    We had the best stay at Sareban Hotel. The owner is so considerate, we accidentally booked our stay separately and he let us stay without any extra charges. A bit of a hike to go to the nearest tram but thankfully, the hotel provided an elevator for us, so we don’t have to hike the stairs to get to our level. The rooftop serves such a nice view. The location is also just 10 mins away to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Istanbul.

    Bad service , room very small no wardrobe , no tea and coffee kettle the photos of the hotels not as in the website photo , view was triable , the price is very high for this kind of service, I m not recommending this hotel .
