Host very welcoming, facilities excellent.

The location was lovely, the kitchen was very well stocked,the seats and beds were comfy. Jo was extremely welcoming.

The windows to the front are in very poor condition but are being changed very soon, I hope they have double glazing to keep the heat in and the noise of the seagulls out. The majority of the walls and radiators are all looking a bit tired. The limited welcome book states the property has recently been completely refurbished but I feel this was probably a while ago. It would be nice to have the contact details for takeaways, doctors, restaurants etc. local walks etc. None of this hindered our holiday however having recently stayed in a property in Cornwall at a similar cost I was a bit disappointed the decoration was not of a similar standard.

Everything ! The views when you first walk in take your breath away Also a special thanks to our host Jo, who just couldn’t do enough for us to make the weekend even more special…couldn’t recommend this place any higher !

Superb location!

Stunning location, a few metres from the sea. Big windows for watching the sunset.Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was bliss. Spacious rooms from a large hall. Big comfy master bedroom. New beach hut was a bonus. Allocated parking space.

Entrance at the rear, some steps uneven but manageable, on the car park side.
