Room was clean and breakfast was great. The location is right off downtown Bamberg. If you are ok with a 5-10 minute walk to the historical part of Bamberg, this is a quiet and less busy place to stay.
This is a hotel that's not regularly staffed at the reception. I was a bit confused by the self check-in but ran into the housekeeper. We also couldn't keep our suitcases at the hotel while we toured the town after we checked out. Luckily there was a paid locker at the tourist information center.

Location central, clean modern room with aircon
Parking really messed up our experience. The address sent in confirmation email sent us to the WRONG carpark (both on Google maps and Apple Maps). We ended up locked into the carpark of a closed medical Center and only because another guest had the same issue and we stopped them while driving in, we could get out with them backing out and us following closely before the barrier closed! Terrible and stressful.
