We really enjoyed our stay. Staffs are really helpful and attentive, especially one of the cleaning lady who cleaned our room (Maria) wrote us a farewell note before we checked out. That little effort really showed us the true and sincere way of hospitality. Well done Maria.

Lovely stay close to Delft Uni campus
Very nice, spacious and comfortable room. Loved the design and decor throughout the hotel and restaurant. It's a bit out of town but perfect if you want to be close to the Uni campus. Breakfast was good and varied. Restaurant and parking on the spot made our short stay nice and easy. Staff was very welcoming and kind.

Clean, spacious family room. Well-equipped. Easy to reach & well-located: right at the highway exit, near Delft city centre (by car). Friendly service.
Limited parking spots (just about enough; we were the last to fit in the line of cars parked on the rim of the parking lot along the grass. Would it be an idea to make part of the IKEA parking lot available for hotel guests? There’s enough space, but the beam is closed.) Breakfast expensive at 22€ per person. We decided to have breakfast in town: much better value for money available there.

Good enough for a short stay
Big parking lot right outside. Location directly on the main roads made it very accessible. A few vegan options at the breakfast buffet were available.
Housekeeping could have been more thorough. Glassdoor in the bathroom is unnecessary.
