We enjoyed our stay and Kathryn was very pleasant.

The breakfast was good. Very fresh and delivered to the table. The room was comfortable, if a little dark. It lacked tea and coffee making facilities and a lamp on the dressing table. Location very central and therefore excellent.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good

Worst bed I have ever slept in! Not sure what was going on, but it was like pillows stuffed into a mattress cover. It was so lumpy my neck cramped up in the middle of the night. The next day I woke up more exhausted then when I went to bed! The pillows smelled of dust or dirt

Enjoyable stay

It was in the centre of Middlekerke, which was ideal for us, visiting my Aunt who is in a care home here, room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast was also good, with plenty of choices, The host was very helpful too, would stay there again.

We had a room on the front, which was a little noisy, but that couldn’t be helped, would definitely ask for a back room

Very good hotel, in the center of Middelkerke with lot of shops around and the beach nearby.

Informed by SMS about the readiness of the room. Breakfast was served on table, large choice of products and excellent coffee. Katrien was very helpful.

Some information available in the room. Free WiFi , I needed to mail to obtain the password as the hotel is closed on monday, but the reply was fast, thanks.

Ontbijt was uitstekend, super leuk dat het eens niet in buffetvorm kwam, maar gewoon aan tafel. Je kon eenvoudig aankruisen wat je wenste. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, de badkamer heel mooi en proper.

De bedden waren een beetje hard voor ons, maar dat is ieder zijn smaak. De wifi-verbinding was wel veel te zwak op de kamers. Detail: voor warm water in de douche, moest je de kraan naar de blauwe ipv de rode kant draaien, voor ik dit doorhad was er veel water verspild.

Le déjeuner était plus que parfait . le système de service à table est une très bonne idée et rien ne nous a été refusé. Le confort de la literie est plus que parfait

La salle de bain nécessite un très gros coup de frais . La moisissure sur la paroi de douche est très présente et la crasse dans les joints du sol également par contre la chambre était très propre .

het leuke was dat er eens geen ontbijtbuffet was en dat het ontbijt aan tafel gebracht werd. Men kon dmv lijstje zelf kiezen wat men graag wou. En het was lekker.

tip : percolatorkoffie in een thermos is niet lekker en niet meer van deze tijd. Het zou kunnen dat er andere koffie was, er niet naar gevraagd dus ik hou dit even in het midden.

Wij waren met ons 2als partners,alles qua hygiëne,vriendelijkheid personel,en het ontbijt krijgen van ons allebei een dikke9,uitmuntend,wij gaan injuni terug naar willen dan graag een dode lluxekamer met eventuele een gezellig zitjr

Ik vond het spijtig dat het warme eten tussen 12u en 14u was,dit zal in de zomerperiode wel een later uur zijn hoop ik

Zeer verouderde kamers. Goed ontbijt.

Ontbijt was lekker. In het bijzonder het feit dat je op een lijst moest aankruisen wat je graag wilde, vond ik zeer goed. Het voorkomt verspilling. Ook de locatie was zeer goed. Zeer kort bij de dijk.

De kamers (en zeker de badkamer) waren echt verouderd. Eigenlijk op het randje ... Dringend renovatiewerken nodig.
