Great location. Reasonable value.

Great location. Friendly staff. Main beds are comfortable. Kitchen in family room is well provisioned

The Bunkbeds are really only suitable for children. Thin foam mattress on slats. Some slats were broken on one of our bunks on arrival. Staff did fix this but we’d already had one disturbed nights sleep by that point.

Reception area wow, apartments very dated manage expectations!

The reception and breakfast area looks lovely - really set our expectations high! Was nice to be shown to our room too

The apartment itself is so dated, bathroom was like a hospital. Madagascar sticker on the wall and random pictures, just so dated, flooring lifting, heavy bathroom door and cleaning mop and brush in sight but no washing up liquid and lack of cooking utensils and no milk for hot drinks

A really good place to stay with a family.

Size of the bedroom. Equipment in the kitchen. The playground. The look and feel in the communal areas. Most of the staff were really friendly

The cost of the breakfast for what it was. Poor allergy information. Couldn’t even get a glass of water in reception/bar without paying for a bottle of water. A water dispenser would be a good idea.

The breakfast was great. Lots of great choices.

The room was not clean. Dishes were dirty, the toilet seat had pee on it. The pull out couch was damaged and was uncomfortable to sit on. The patio doorlatch was loose and barely worked.

The location is perfect.

The lock of the entrance door of the room was not working properly. It was really hard to open or close and it was super loud. The bedroom door was not working at all, it couldnt be closed. The windows of the room were dirty.

Dog-friendly, great rooms, great pool!

The rooms are great, spacious and have all the facilities. The hotel is new, well decorated and very dog-friendly, allowing dogs even in the lounge area. Having a pool was also an amazing add-on! Very happy!
