Very close proximity to The Hoxton, with its good cuisine and lovely rooftop bar.
Shower water had little pressure.
Getting there can be a hairy experience if you take the wrong turn walking up

Excellent location! Centrally located. Easy to get to Brussels centre and back. Staff were very professional and very helpful. I have nothing but praise for them.
I think some things can be updated like the door frames, toilets and I would perhaps add a drinking fountain or water cooler. I also think the surrounding area has some unsavoury characters which made me feel unsafe unfortunately. The worst area in Brussels is in very close proximity to the hotel which is very unfortunate because it takes away from the experience.

It's not worth the price and the quality. A disappointing quality for Best Western hotel. The room was smelling of cigarettes. The whole stay was not fine.
