    The location of the property is very nice and the staff are extremely nice. We were checked in by Ms. Anica and she was just fantastic. She was so so helpful and really made everything super nice. The facilities of the hotel are not that good though and I think it's quite overpriced. At the breakfast restaurant we were looked after by Ms. Ema and Ms. Fadija and they were both extremely nice and hospitable. But the food in the restaurant was below average, most of the food in the buffet was cold and quite tasteless. We were observing that most people were taking food and wasting it on their plates as the food was really below average.

    The staff and facilities are first class, rooms are comfortable. The restaurants have a varied selection of food prepared to a high standard. I would recommend this hotel, the only criticism as such, which would be that the hotel beach is a pebble beach and difficult to walk on.

    I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The furniture in the room was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with an outdated, worn-out bath. On top of that, the room had an unpleasant smell that never went away. The restaurants were another letdown – the service was slow and unprofessional, far from what you would expect at this level. And the constant need to scan my card for every single door in the hotel was extremely annoying and inconvenient. What makes it worse is the price – the hotel is super expensive, but in return you get a terrible room and poor service. Absolutely not worth the money.
