No elevator stairs. A challenge for me on this day due to arthritis

Location and its beauty outside
The plugs weren’t working in our room

I liked the location, very quite and safe
Me and my partner found our room clean all the time
The fact that in a room there’s no bar fridge I was really not happy about that
The iron issue was really upsetting that I had to go to the floor upstairs to iron
This morning before I checked out there was no iron on the 2nd floor so I had to walk for too long just to go and get my clothes ironed , I was very unhappy about that because I dislike inconvenience in a hotel
