    I thoroughly enjoyed my time at 122 On Krantzview! I was warmly welcomed by Admire, Lee and George! The rooms are so spacious and clean, with a few extra touches for added comfort that make it feel like home! ALL the staff are kind, dilligent and amazing - always ready to help and they truly go above and beyond! The garden and pool is so tranquil and peaceful and very cool - makes the world of difference in the hot summer weather. There are so many fun things to do in the Kloof area nearby! I loved the breakfast, with wide variety of options (caters for vegans and non-vegans!) I enjoyed hiking at The Krantzkloof Nature Reserve nearby, not accessible by foot but an uber to the entrance will not cost more than R50 and entrance to the Nature reserve is R70 for adults, R30 for kids (make sure to go before 13:00) Walking around the neighbourhood is lovely and safe as well! The cooling rain of the Misty Belt was heavy and so redreshing in the evenings. There is no better place to go if you want to be deep within nature! My favourite part of my stay was Scout and the kitties whom I miss already! I give 122OnKrantzview 15/10 - will be back and will recommend to everyone I know!

    This is a fantastic secluded quiet area. Not too many people, just the beautiful landscape, swimming pool and the night sky. Indoors is has more of a home feel than a hotel feel. Great place.

    1) The place is situated deep in the suburbs of Kloof, southwest of Durban, some 30km away from Durban, next to Pinetown. 2) For your convenience, you better have a car to help you explore the neighbourhood. 3) The rooms are spacious and clean. 4) Coffee and tea kept in the room for your convenience 5) The only problem with the room I occupied was that there was no hot water in the bathroom to can shower at night after the day's sweat. I was very disappointed. 6) The staff is friendly. The owner of the place even took me to the bus stop when he and his wife saw that the bus was going to leave me for being late. They didn't even ask for any compensation. 7) The pool was still being revamped during my stay, so I could not dip into the water. 8) The place has a beautiful garden which is well looked after. 9) Breakfast was not bad. They should just change the menu everyday. 10) All in all the place is nice. 11) Thus far I would give the place 3 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. 12) If next I visit Durban and its neighbourhood, I would most likely book at BizAfrika.
