Overall, a great stay, highly recommend.
The owners are super friendly, they welcomed us warmly and shared a lot of details about the area and where to eat. In particular, they gave us the name of a very nice Trattoria nearby that we all loved. Also, they told us about a place they recommended to visit: Castello di Torrechiara. It's one of the most well preserved castles in the country! A stunner, a must go if in the area. Breakfast was plenty and everything else worked out, Highly recommend i Quercioli.
The bathrooms are little dated and it'd be nice to see some renovation there.

No staff on property! Lovely family run place - they live just minutes away… but kind of weird first night - I think I was the only one there….

Lovely guests, tranquil location
Very good breakfast: owners went out of their way to make sure that we had all that we needed and more. Tranquil location. Close enough to explore Parma and the surrounding region.
No airconditioning in the room. During the night with an open window it was cool enough, but you get woken up with the first noise outside in the morning. Checkout time is too early if you want to have this as a relaxing one night stay.

Soggiorno in struttura un po’ datata
La struttura ha una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di Parma o per visitare le zone circostanti se si viaggia in auto / moto. Inoltre è vicino al campus universitario, supermercato, cinema e locali sono a pochi minuti. Molto comoda anche per raggiungere il castello di Torrechiara, visita consigliata anche dagli Host, gentili a fornire informazioni.
La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernizzazione. Gli arredi sono un po’ datati e la camera, pure se spaziosa, aveva bisogno di arieggiare parecchio. Anche la colazione non è molto fornita.
