The à la carte Restaurant which is around the pool , on the beach. The food was really organic and fresh.

Perfect location, big pool, nice views, good facilities.

Staff and organization need more work. The luxurious part is missing

The location of the resort is fantastic, on the hill, away from a very crowded Malia, with extraordinary view on the see. We book the villa with the private swimming pool and it was fabulous. Very spacious for 4 people, the swimming pool is very large and there was privacy, if you asked your lunch was delivered to your villa. We enjoyed it quite a lot, on Saturday there was a Greek wedding there, so we enjoyed also watching it at dinner. The staff was very kind, everybody very helpful and kind, We had all we wanted. Excellent value for money, but there was quite a discount, since it was a bit of a late season.

We were upgraded to a gorgeous 2 bed villa with private pool which was really appreciated.

A couple of staff were clearly trying to do their best but others were inexperienced or aggressive. The food was dreadful, no wonder dinner & breakfast were included in the price as both were really poor. No lunch of any kind available apart from waffles or crepes. The spa clearly was not operating but no one told us that, instead they said it was fully booked or the following day something had broken & so we couldn't even use the sauna. no idea what the situation was but the experience was a big minus. .... definitely not a 5 star experience.
