The Noverian Scenic Crete 5 Star Hilltop Villa Resort & Spa

Property was excellent! We had private pool, where we can swim all the time! Villa had two flors, everything was perfect. Parking was beside villa! 5 stars property!

The à la carte Restaurant which is around the pool , on the beach. The food was really organic and fresh.

Perfect location, big pool, nice views, good facilities.

Staff and organization need more work. The luxurious part is missing

The pool was lovely, and the cleaning and maintenance staff really stood out. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and sweet, and their attitude made our stay positive and memorable.

We had high expectations for the villa, especially given its 5-star/luxury positioning, but unfortunately the property did not feel up to that standard. The interior and furniture felt quite dated and worn, and the overall design lacked the sense of quality or beauty we would expect from a luxury property. Many of the items also felt inexpensive rather than premium — for example, the water kettle was partly broken. As a family travelling with a baby, we were particularly disappointed with the baby cot provided. It was old and the mattress was extremely soft, which we did not feel was safe for our 8-month-old. We requested a replacement, but unfortunately this was not provided. We also asked for a clothes drying rack, which would be particularly useful for a family on a beach holiday, but were told that the property only has five and they were all already in use. There were several smaller details that also didn’t match the advertised standard: the pool towels were old and had stains, white couch in the living room was incredibly worn and dirty, and the kitchen was poorly equipped — there were no bowls and only a couple of cups and mugs. None of these things would necessarily be a major issue in a more basic accommodation, but together they were disappointing for a property positioned as 5-star luxury.
