This was my 6th time in crete definitely not the last i used to book 2 hotels just for the fun of it but now this hotel will be my always choice What is there not to like in this hotel!!?

Perfect location near beach and tavernas. Close to party strip but far enough away it is peaceful. Staff and restaurant were amazing. Rooms were beautiful with views of ocean. Best of all they let us stay at the hotel until 3pm to use pool and towels as we had a late flight.

Modern, comfortable bedroom, very nice shower and good sea view.
The experience does not match the price. When you’re paying a more premium rate for a room, you do expect a higher standard which unfortunately we did not get. We booked the high spend room with the jacuzzi, expecting this to be ready for our arrival at check in, however, we had to wait 7 hours for it to heat up to a nice temperature which was not cold. From experience, I know that jacuzzis can take 3-8 hours to heat up to the optimum temp, which is why I messaged the hotel in advance to ask if this could be done before we arrived - but they ignored the message and did not respond.
When we got to the room, I asked the woman working on the reception how long it would take to get to the temp they had set it at and she said half an hour which wasn’t the case at all. This resulted in us paying a for something we could hardly use so it seemed like such a waste.
The room also includes a coffee machine which is great, however they did not provide any pods for it so we couldn’t use this either which was a shame.
If we were not paying so much for the room (£120 per night) we wouldn’t have minded as much but with premium prices you expect better quality and attentive staff.
When I mentioned about the jacuzzi when checking out to the staff, she just replied saying “it was warm when I touched it” and “it just depends on the weather”. She didn’t apologise or take any responsibility for something which could have been sorted prior to us arriving…
