    Loved the ambiance, room..staff was approachable, great selection of breakfast items. Only issue I had was no affiliation with Marriott (so couldn't earn any bonvoy points), however the stay was wonderful.

    Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service I was charged double the amount for my stay and had to follow up multiple times via calls and emails to get my money back—this took an entire month. The hotel blamed my bank, but my bank confirmed they were not at fault. No compensation was offered for holding my money for so long. The receptionist was unaware of the payment blockage, and the phone service was both unprofessional and impolite. Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
