This was my second time in TRS and I had totally different experiences (last year everything was excellent, however this year I had much of issues) . The things that I still like : the location, the view, the different kind of pools, the garden , the design, the breakfast, their exterior very relaxing even balcony and the room in the lobby where we can take shower doing our hair or changing clothes if we arrive early or we left late the hotel ( only bad thing with this room that it’s too much hot no air conditioning on it). They took seriously my claims and they left a special note with macarons by the end of my stay.

The issues started before my arrival I sent much of emails and messages requesting to have a link to pay before my check in also to customize my room experience ( last year they sent me a link to customize my room experience (kind of pillow, type of coffee, special request…) they didn’t reply and they sent only the payment link at the last minute . I arrived early and they said that I’ll receive an email indicating that my room is ready ( I had never received it) I back to them at 3 pm and they took time to confirm that the room is ready. They left me taking my luggages alone to the room despite I had many things on my hands. After I found the room not very clean and the fournitures are old ( for example there is rust, they need to do maintenance) . The problem of room cleaning I had it during all the week ( dust everywhere even in cups, carafe of water never changed during all the week, they sometimes even don’t change dirty cups, they never use cleaning products to clean the toilet and the shower or even the ground , bed sheets never changed during the week) . The quality of towels and the bath robe not very good ( they don’t change the bath robe (they did only when I requested) and sometimes they don’t put all the needed towels)) . A big issue with iron I spent all the week messaging or calling to request it ( because they took it every day something never happened to me in other hotels) and sometimes they said they don’t have because they don’t have enough irons ( an iron in a 5 stars hotel room is not a luxury it’s a minimum that they should afraid it) . I requested a specific kind of pillow and I received it after 4 days . Some of their crew are polite and helpful however some others are not . I spent the week calling or messaging to claim about something missing or bad , it was really stressful.
