Upon arrival the hotel seemed to look more of a motel than a hotel. Checked into the room which was on the floor level (We booked with special request: I'd like to stay on a high floor), and found ants running all over the floor and the kitchen counter. When we requested a room change, we were asked to pay for an upgrade to a higher floor. After negotiation, we were placed in a room on the second floor that was overlooking another hotel balconies with no view. We had to ask for new towels every day of our stay, because the cleaning lady does not replace them when she cleans the room. There is no hair conditioner, only shampoo, no tissues, no paper towel in the kitchen, no iron or steamer, etc... There are no beach lounges at all. They only have a few by the pool. The pool area is way smaller than shown in the images. The hotel is below minimal and does not look like the images at all. Not worth the *** per night at all!!!
