We stayed four nights here and thought it was great. Breakfast was plentiful and so many options. Best so far on our trip. Buffet night with live music on Weds was fantastic and well worth 40 euros each. Pool area is amazing with lots of shade and great views of the ocean from the reception area balconies. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. We were upgraded to an ocean view, although that meant a king bed and a cot bed. We had originally booked a twin, I was on the cot bed and it wasn’t that comfy but worth it for the amazing ocean view. The tap in the bathroom was very stiff so ended up splashing myself a lot, also the water tank was noisy sometimes and the TV switched itself on several times during the night and woke us up,. Restaurant served great cocktails and food. I would definitively recommend this hotel even with its small imperfections as they didn’t upset our stay. To get to the town it is a short lift and walk to the central bus station and then 10-15 mins walk up a small slope. About 5 Mins to funicular. 4/5 stars. Thanks for the upgrade.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very nice. Being able to use the pool was very nice. The road to the hotel is uphill so it could be a bit challenging for some people but we we ok with it

Hotel is well located and amenities are good. What we did not like was the room it self. I do not recommend staying in 518 room. It is below the breakfast buffet room and next to an outside door where people keep on slamming. Also the airco was not working and it was super warm inside because of the morning sun.

Even though hotel prices in Taormina are generally high, staying here might be worse than a hostel or Airbnb. I wouldn’t come back even if it were free. The only advantage is its proximity to the bus terminal，everything else was horrible.
The hotel is extremely outdated，They make you use a towel card to access the pool, and they kick you out before 6 PM because they’re in a rush to close. Unbelievable.
Our room’s AC was broken and the staff said it couldn’t be fixed. They refused to change our room and just gave us a fan instead. The hairdryer in the room was burnt out and when we reported these issues, nothing was done. and the bathroom walls were still stained with previous guests’ hair products，quite disgusting.
Stay away from this place!Even a free stay wouldn’t be worth it. Trust me, if you want a happy trip, book elsewhere.
