I would not recommend this hotel.
The only positive thing about this place is the beautiful view. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
The hotel has a policy that guests are not allowed to bring their own food or even bottled water to their rooms. Instead, you are expected to buy overpriced water from the minibar. In the middle of summer, with temperatures around 35°C, this policy is completely unreasonable and feels like a way to force guests to spend more money.
The breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was poor, the bacon was swimming in fat, the eggs tasted like powdered eggs, and there was very little worth eating apart from a few small yogurts.
The location is also much worse than it appears. The hotel is far from the town center, and you cannot simply walk there. You need to take a bus, taxi, or have a rental car to get anywhere. If you rent a car, be aware that parking costs around €20 per day.
We also experienced problems with the electricity in our room. At times, the power would suddenly go out completely, leaving the room without electricity. This was extremely frustrating and should not happen at a hotel.
Overall, this hotel seems more focused on charging guests extra than providing a good experience. The view is beautiful, but it is nowhere near enough to make up for the poor policies, disappointing breakfast, unreliable facilities, and inconvenient location.
I would definitely not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is beautiful with absolutely stunning views.
My kids enjoyed the pool , rooms are comfortable and they have great Italian breakfast.

I am American and used to American standards and all the local hotels are at a much less modern setup. Clean room, parking is a little expensive and sucks, and as far as a beach that is a little bit of an exaggeration.
