The staff, very attentive, and went above and beyond with service
The only thing was not knowing the kitchen could prepare pures, which would have been great knowing when checking in at the hotel

Spacious, well located
Food good and good variety
Personnel at the restaurant
Personnel at the reception poorly organised and slow. Tried to call to get my car out and the porter for our luggage. Noboby picked it up. For a 5-star hotel is not acceptable. At my arrival, I had to unload the luggage from my car myself!
Poor security. Strangers have easy access to the private pool and stole my towel at the beach while I was swimming. Again, not very good
Night entertainment was dreadful.
Style of rooms very outdated, limited supply of towels and toilet facilities not very well functioning
