Great breakfast, really nice pool and the room was very spacious

The air conditioning in our room was a little hard to work at times and we weren’t able to control it as much as we’d like. The pool bar restaurant was lovely but got very busy at peak times and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and service was slower.

Room size Pool

Guest communication We where told we got a room upstairs but got one on ground floor. When asked to change room we where told that is was not possible, only the next day. When asked the next day, we got the same answer, and front desk staff did not really seem to care or aware of their failing communication. Room wasn’t cleaned first day, same careless reaction front desk Ended up asking a housekeeping floormanger to have our room cleaned daily before 1pm as our daughter sleeps that time. On check out front desk staff did not even ask how our stay was…
