The location, the staff, the buffet at the main restaurant.
The main swimming pool is a bit small. The dinner buffet at the beach restaurant is weak as opposed to the main restaurant one.

Location
Swimming pool cold water in May , colder that other hotels .
Few people and kids swimming as it was too cold
Very difficult to park
Manager of the hotel was not professional and didn’t respect a request that was approved in the booking.com portal .
