Exceptional

A wonderful 150-year-old house with family atmosphere. Large spacious dining room and living room on the ground floor, comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet town, silence. Very nice owners living next to this house. They welcomed us with cake and we got tasty traditional Belgian waffles for an exit. We definitely recommend it and will be happy to come again someday. We'd give it an even higher score than 10 but it's above the allowed scale.

Lovely property in very good location. Very clean, tidy and well equipped. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Lots of facilities, inside and out.

Impossible to rectify, but lack of upstairs bathroom was a real problem for me. A proper oven would have been nice, as the combi/microwave is ok, but not ideal.

Great stay, friendly hosts.

Easy contact with the host. Good explanation for the location and the key collection. Friendly hosts. The pictures are acurate, the heating is great. The house is very cosy and comfortable.

Heel netjes en gezellig!

Alles was ongelooflijk netjes binnen in het huisje. Leuke living met toffe zetelhoek. Geweldige douche! De eigenaren wonen naast het huisje en waren ongelooflijk vriendelijk! De locatie was top! Mooi tussen de steden Hasselt, Tongeren-Borgloon, Genk, Sint-Truiden. Handig zo een oprit voor 3 auto's. Zo kan je de boodschappen en koffers gemakkelijk uitladen.

Geen oven en geen afwasmachine aanwezig. In de slaapkamers hingen er airco's om ook op te warmen. Maar we kregen ze niet goed aan de praat. Dus gelukkig waren er extra dekens voor degene die het was fris hadden 's nachts.

Prima locatie om van hieruit Hasselt, Bokrijk, Maastricht, Tongeren en Aachen te bezoeken. Het huis had alle comfort wat je van een huis verlangt met zeer gastvrije eigenaars. Snel opgewarmd, prima douche, netjes gepoetst, veel strips voor de kinderen, prima internet/tv, ruime parking voor de deur. Handdoeken, bedlinnen, een droogkast, koffie, thee,.... het was allemaal ruim aanwezig. De trap naar boven laat van zich horen door haar gekraak als je er over stapt, maar voor ouders van 3 jonge kinderen is dit een plus want dan hoor je wanneer ze opstaan :-).

Zeer netjes, zeer rustig. Een hartelijk ontvangst en gastheer- en vrouw waar je beroep kunt op doen. Goede uitvalsbasi s voor heel wat toffe steden en fietsroutes.

Heerlijke en rustige accomodatie.

Zeer warme ontvangst, kregen zelf zelfgebakken wafeltjes van de gastvrouw. Zeer warme en rustige mensen! Genoten van de rust van de accomodatie na deelname aan het Schots Weekend. Het was elke avond wat thuiskomen na intense dagen vol beleving.

Eigenlijk niets, alles was voor handen, geen grote luxe, maar past ook niet binnen de stijl van het huisje dat zeer authentiek is. Een beetje Bokrijk in Beverst 😄👍!

Séjour reposant et agréable

Nous avons aimé l’accueil des propriétaires, la maison est calme et fonctionnelle. Une grande quantité d’informations disponibles sur les balades, les lieux à visiter….. Pleins de petites attentions de la part des propriétaires pour les adultes et les enfants ( jeux de société , vélo, barbecue …..)

Accueil chaleureux des hôtes. Maison fonctionnelle et confortable. Terrasse et barbecue à disposition 👍 Accès garage pour ranger nos vélos : extrêmement pratique et sécurisant. Bonne situation géographique pour faire de très belles randonnées pédestres ou à vélo .

Un four classique et un lave-linge seraient un plus très appréciables, mais ça n'enlève en rien toutes les qualités de la maison !

Prima plek om een weekendje te verblijven.

Prettige ontvangst door Jean-Marie en Marie-Josee, het huis is zeer compleet uitgerust, van alle gemakken voorzien.

Niet echt een groot probleem, maar jammer dat de badkuip buiten gebruik was gesteld.

Alles zoals beschreven. Warme ontvangt en alles zeer proper. Goede uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Mogelijkheid om onze fietsen veilig te stallen. Aanrader!

Geweldige accomodatie!

Alles was heel goed, we werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, het huis was brandschoon, bed-, bad- en keukentextiel stonden vrij ter beschikking en in de keuken vonden we iets lekkers. Verder was alles aanwezig wat we maar wilden gebruiken en we mochten zelfs een paar uur eerder arriveren dan op de site vermeld stond. Zeer tevreden, absoluut een aanrader!

Er viel ons niets tegen!
