Location is really nice and easy to access. Large, clean chalets with good facilities and parking right outside, which makes unpacking and packing at the start and end of your stay so much easier. Plenty of areas to walk around the woodlands to relax. Splash park is included in the price which was great for the kids and cooling off on a hot day. Large swimming pool is only across the road too.
Cheeky add ons to the advertised price - €102 for bed linen packs and local tourist tax for a family of 4 is quite a lot. Towels would have been extra on top of this, as would having the beds made for you.

We had booked the tent where there is a hamok outside. The hamok broke when my smallest child had in it and the wood pillor broke. We reported it and the staff was very sweet about it. That is not a complaint but it's the only problem we had on our stay.

Clean and communication was good with staff despite not actually seeing anyone as the office open hours were when we were not in the accommodation.
Disappointed the restaurant wasn't open but understand it is out of season.

You need to pay for the linens for your bed but you can’t do it on booking you have to use bank transfer which is very funny in 2023. Also floor was very dirty we shocked.
