Great value for money.

Best location right at t the centre of the city, with nice restaurants and terraces, in the shopping area. Very good restaurant. We stayed in a superior room really nicely decorated and very comfortable bed. Very Nice staff.

To access the indoor pool area you have to pass by the restaurant, and while there is a toilet in the pool area, there is no proper changing room. The water was really cold.

No professional staff except the lady manager. Room door broken, new room ( but confortable) in a different building, extra payment of 30€ without explanation, No print invoice, mail address repeat and wrote every time. Finally call to get my bank account ( I refused) for charging back the 30€…

Good stay in a beautiful little town.

Location, atmosphere and facilities were excellent. We had dinner and breakfast. Great quality food, unfortunately many items on the menu were not available. Serving was quite slow. All in all recommended. We would go back there.

A hotel that does not match the advertised descriptions.

The hotel is located in the center, on the main square. This is convenient for getting around and walking around the city.

There were no bathrobes or toiletries in the room. There was also no telephone to call reception. We had to go through the restaurant and the back doors of the kitchen to get to the room, which was unpleasant. The reception desk did not explain anything to us: neither about breakfast nor about using the pool. A parking ticket costs 15 euros, although there is a heated underground parking lot nearby that charges 12 euros per day. There were a lot of flies in the room. Plastic cups instead of glass ones. The heating wasn't turned on when we arrived, so the room was very cold. The breakfast at the hotel was also terrible: bad bread, avocado, yogurt from plastic containers — everything was very tasteless.

A superb hotel

I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best! The bed was superb. The location couldn't be better, right on the town square. The staff were very friendly. Excellent shower. Good tea/coffee making facilities. The blue tooth sound bar was greatly appreciated so that we could blast out heavy metal whilst getting ready to go out for the day!

The cafe seemed a bit understaffed at times.

Very promising but even more disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was big and fancy. I forgot a bikini there and they sent it by mail very quickly.

They have DJ sessions on weekends until 2am. They gave us the bed just on top of the bar section, so we could sleep until the early morning due to their own loud music. When we told them, they were surprised as if us complaining was something strange. They should've let us know beforehand if they gave us that room. The Spa area has see through doors from the dining space, which is a bit weird. The breakfast service was very slow and once we had our food we had to ask for our cutlery twice. The mirror on the room has a very bright permanent light that's not possible to switch off during the night. Very promising but quite disappointing.

Located middle in the city, modernized facilities, with excellent restaurant for anything from breakfast, drinks, snacks to dinner, nice large flat screen TV, good shower.

Perhaps I should've expected this. The location has loud music, not just one but competitive cafes with loud music with very annoying bass & this went on to the middle of the night. I needed rest as I needed to cycle 150km the next day. So if you don't want to participate in the music like me then find somewhere outside the centre

Service level during breakfast could be improved and that has more to do with speed than anything else. The concept of being able to order ‘a la carte’ vs. Buffet is perfect . The tap in our room was completely loose - and it looked as if it was loose for some time. While it looks like the hotel was revamped some time ago ( and done very nicely) you would expect for things like a loose tap to be fixed immediately.

Has potential but not worth the price you pay.

The hotel is nicely located in the centre of the city. It is fully renovated and looks nice. The beds are confortable.

Breakfast: we had booked with "breakfast included" and when you arrive you get a voucher with a clear mention that there is a limit at 20€ (the staff says it again when you you arrive at breakfast). I mentionned the staff that it was not mentionned in the conditions upon booking and she said it was like this and she would talk to her manager. I said I would be happy to see him (see below)... of course no one came. The breakfast is OK but don't expect something great and it came cold (see below comment on restaurant) The way to access our room was really weird . We had to cross the restaurant and then take a "staff" corridor with different door that were kept open on respectively, the kitchen, the stock, the machines, ... to finally arrive in a "guest" corridor. The only window of room was actually in the corridor so you could see (and hear!!) all the guest coming and going to the spa ! (the room is on the groundfloor). They don't see through the window in the room but we found it very annoying especially for the price we paid for the room. So no privacy and no possibility to open the window for fresh air. The room is also located next to the spa and so the whole night we could hear a loud sound from machines or a motor or I don't know what. We had asked for a quiet room, obviously not taken into account despite a positive answer to my request. Our room was 301 (basically it's the same for 302). The staff is very young and we didn't see any manager for a whole evening that could help and train them a bit, they are not unfriendly but you can clearly see the lack of experience : ex. you ask for a menu and no one comes to take the order, you order an additionnal glass of wine and it stays for a while on the bar before someone brings it to you, same for the dishes, they were not warm anymore, error on the bill. The restaurant was not fully booked and they were with quite a few.

We would recommend staying here when you’re planning on visiting Goes.

They’re located in the center of Goes. We had a nice clean room with balcony and our dog Jake was also welcome. Their breakfast was great and the staff very friendly.

Because they are located in the center, they don’t have their own parking space(s). But the public parking garage is reasonable prices and only a five minute walk from the hotel.

Superb

The hotel is in a perfect location in Goes, right on the Grote Markt. It's recently been renovated, so all amenities are very new and clean. The dinner we had in the restaurant was excellent. The pool and sauna looked beautiful, but we did not have any time to try them out in the end. The hotel room was very nice and clean, with a coffee maker and a kettle (no mini bar or fridge, should that be of importance). You should be aware however that the shower is located inside the room with a glass door, so you will be seeing each other take a shower. :) Parking is not possible on location, but there are two public parking area's about 2 mins walk away. They are both paid parking, but the hotel provides a voucher for the undercover parking garage in the centre (€12 for 24 hours).

As amazing as the dinner was, the breakfast was quite disappointing unfortunately (and we are not very picky eaters). You are given €20 to spend on the breakfast menu, which is great and more than enough. Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast was very low when we were there. Some things were forgotten to be served and others were cooked the wrong way (untoasted toast, cold scrambled eggs and hot avocado). The staff were very friendly, but seemed a little under-experienced to deal with our questions and feedback on the things that went wrong... However, this has not negatively affected our stay. We would still highly recommend the hotel for a trip to Goes. It's just what stood out to us and should be pretty easy to fix to make it a 100% perfect stay.
