Our whole family really loved our stay at the hotel, and we would love to come back again. Our child enjoyed the swimming pool, my husband loved all the sports activities, and I especially enjoyed the bowling and the beautiful room. It felt like we had stepped into a celebration — everything was truly magical.

There was an indoor tennis court available, but it was often fully booked, with long waiting times and very limited playing time. We would have loved to have more opportunities to enjoy playing tennis.

Definitely worth to stay here

To be honest, the rating isn't fair. I finally went because it's been on my wish list for so long, but I was doubting whether to go because the rating wasn't that high. This place is completely worth it! The atmosphere of the accommodation is super nice—very sportive and energetic. It is super comfortable for families with kids of all ages; you can easily enjoy it with babies, toddlers, teens, or even just with adults. It's easy to keep yourself busy; you just walk and spot a nice activity to do. The layout of the place is very nice, and the decoration is very nice as well. The staff is friendly and polite, and willing to help when needed. The food is okay—nothing amazing, but good at least, with enough choices for everybody.

Food - it can always improve, the pizza was really not the best. Probably just good to add when you book that you may need to book already activities or dinner because it could be fully booked. Nothing else, in general the place was very nice and I dont have any other specific feedback.

It was great for the kids and family. We had a wonderful time there. They were even kind enough to ship me the jacket I left in the room!

The food at the à la carte restaurant was average. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat at the buffet because it was fully booked, which came as a surprise. We attempted to make a dinner reservation that morning, but it was not enough to secure a table.

It was a fun, very sporty weekend

HUP has great facilities (sport center, pool, sauna, free entrance to Monkey Town, etc.), nice parking place (large and car charging is available) and great breakfast. You can find lots of activities to do with your kid(s). The staff was always kind, friendly and very helpful.

We only tried the Bar menu for dinner and it was a bit limited.

Amazing for families, staff were absolutely lovely. The amount of activities for children is incredible. Great breakfast. We would have liked to stay longer. Large car park reasonably priced at €7.

A great experience

I was really pleased with the accommodation and with the way that the stuff treated us. They have many kids activities and areas where they can play and entertain. I will definitely come back if I'll go in the area. I truly recommend it!!!

Please provide moee information for your guests! There was no info about opening times of the facikities, nothing about the prcies for bowling and street jump. There was no information about the cinema (which movies?wheb? For who? How to reserve?).

Great location and facilities. Spa facilities up to standard and a lot of indoor and outdoor activities to be chosen from.

The lifts are really slow. Something needs to be done unless they are designed like this to make you use the stairs.

really nice place with a lot of entertainments for whole family, but if you are making reservation on weekends be ready that pool will be occupied for training swimming. no one told us about that, so Saturday morning we came, changed our close, we’re ready to swim, but the trainer start to talk in a rude way that we’re not allowed to do that, started grab by the hand small kids and she told them that they are not allowed to swim, in front of us, parents. we were very upset with the situation.
