We had a great stay again! We were there for 2 nights this time. We had a bit of a hiccup with the shower after we checked in, but they solved it within 10 minutes which was super nice. Also the bed was a bit hard for us, so we requested a topper after the first night and they placed it very quickly after our request. It really helped!
We also had breakfast in the restaurant. They have a great selection, only wished they had a bit more lactose free options.
Dinner was also really great at Flora, we had amazing food and the staff was very nice!
The facilities in the hotel are also excellent, great swimming pool and sauna/steambath! I also had amazing facial, it was super relaxing and the lady was truly amazing.
Overall great stay and will definitely come back next year!
As mentioned above maybe a bit more lactose free options at the breakfast buffet, especially because the price is a bit higher. For the rest nothing to mention!

We stayed here one night on our way to the Airport Schiphol. Staff was really friendly, the room was nice.
Some people left dishes on the corridor. We passed a few times during the evenig. Thas was rather unpleasent.

The pool and the breakfast buffet
Having to pay €50 as a security deposit for reasons still unknown to me even AFTER paying for my stay at check-in.
Then the staff lied straight into my face claiming I would get the money back at check out the next morning.
That did not happen.
Unlike any other store in the Netherlands where they can refund people directly via debitcards or cash did doesn't apply at this hotel.
The woman checking out at the same time as me had been double charged.
The bed was 100% awful.
Old, saggy and hard which kind of takes away the feeling of being relaxed and chill after a good swim in the pool
