Bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet. Good food choices in the hotel. Frequent shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Staff were pleasant. Nice gift shop in hotel with tshirts, chocolates, other souvenirs at better prices than the airport. Hotel was nice overall and felt safe. Room was small by American standards but had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable.
I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioning.
There was only one outlet to plug in things (I needed more to charge my phone, plug in a small fan, and plug in my CPap machine), so I had to unplug the phone in order to use that outlet as well.
I could not figure out how to call the front desk or use the tv.

Shuttle frequent and very punctual. Simple facilities but they have everything you need and it’s very clean. You’re close to the airport yet there’s no noise
I could not find the breakfast in the morning but I could’ve asked.. I found a coffee machine. I also was not able to watch any channels on the tv. Perhaps better signage could help?
