Characteristic apartment just beside the Vatican

A lovely apartment with an amazing bath, very quiet inside, with a lovely little garden where you can sit out. It was very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable; it's also quite roomy. The windows have mosquito netting which is great: it means you can let the air circulate without getting bitten! The location is lovely, between Castel San Angelo and St Peter's, and near lots of restaurants, and an easy walk from most of Rome's major ruins. We loved it.

Great location. Close to attractions but still private and quiet. Charming.

No AC but the fan seemed to do well enough.

Location was central to everything. Very safe with two security gates. Wifi worked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Clean and spacious room for two. Kitchen fully equipt.

No water pressure for hot water and it only stayed warm for 2 minutes (not hot, just warm) so bath could not be used. Foul mould smell coming from under kitchen cabinets. Water from kitchen sink was cloudy. We did not use it. Heater only worked first day then not again until we were leaving. Room was warm enough without it.
