This studio is located in one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of papal Rome (Borgo Pio) of the medieval era and it has everything you can possibly need. Recently renovated, warm and painted in light colors creating a calming atmosphere, the first floor (with access through a 12-step staircase) independent apartment is located in a private small early 1900s building, letting you to exploit your Rome's lifestyle and it will be premarkably easy to love!

The studio has a sitting area with sofa bed and kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave, dishes and crockery and cutlery, with additional single bed and small space located in a lovely raised mezzanine. The studio is equipped with an autonomous heating system, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and smart TV, where you can enjoy your favorite contents. A roof window will let you see the sky of Rome from the apartment.
The access to the studio is for exclusive use.
We will be very glad to support you with some tips and suggestions for your transporation, cultural visits and typical meals.
Tourist city tax € 3.50 per person per night (up to 10 nights, children uder 10 years excluded) to be paid in cash at the check-in.
For the check-in after h 20. 30 the key will be delivered in an external safe case.

From the start, Roberto was amazing - he was easy to contact/communicate with and very accommodating. He let us drop our bags off early and let us check in earlier than expected as well. Roberto is very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. We asked for his restaurant recommendations and he sent them to us later that day. Roberto was kind enough to message us throughout our stay to see if the accommodations were appropriate and if our travels were going well. We also loved the location of this place! Lots of good food places nearby. We would highly recommend staying here especially if you want to be near St Peter’s and the Vatican.
