I absolutely liked the host & son with great sense of hospitality. They helped a lot to arrange my tour and everything was perfectly handled. I could even get extra shower after my trip which highly appreciated. The location is excellent to philae temple.

The food was great. They operate like a bed and breakfast so the food was made to order and we were able to make customizations for allergies. The host was present and really helpful. The location is on the water with a view of the Nile and the Pillae Temple. The staff at the location was helpful and friendly. We walked around the neighborhood a bit and enjoyed being in Egypt. If you walk down the foot path back to the Pillae docks you are just a few minutes walk from that market. We were comfortable and safe.

The room with a wonderful view on the Nile and Philae temple. The hotel is far from the center but is a great location to visit the temple. Also, tour drivers didn't have any problem dropping us off / picking us up there. Clean room. Friendly staff. Close to Aswan airport. The owner Ahmed who was super helpful with everything: arranging the boat trip to the temple, the taxi to the airport, giving advice, etc. We had a nice conversation around a cup of tea before leaving.

Maybe the AC could work a little better. No wifi during our stay, due to external reasons?

We stayed there for one night, and there wasn't hot water until the following's day morning. During our checkout at 08:15, the breakfast offered was bananas and some oranges (photo included) provided into a basket. The transportation between the Aswan airport and the property costs 14$ and is considered expensive compared to other alternatives like Careem.
