Lovely property in an excellent location. Full of character and the sunning areas were a real bonus

Everything. From the communications from Mario to the meeting, tour, information, it was all perfect. The appartment is really spacious, very quiet, two terraces (one on the roof) and right by a metro. Supermarket and restuarants are really close and if Mario suggests he book a restuarant for you - say yes - best meal we had in Rome.

The space was big, and there was plenty of room.

They only provided one key, including for the lights, so everyone had to stay in together or everyone had to go out together. The electrical was very questionable. The breaker flipped a few times. Some plugs did not work well. The water heaters worked sometime, and other times they did not. We ended up taking a few cold showers. The windows could be better sound insulated to help with the excessive road noise all around. We would not stay here again. We stayed in five different places throughout Italy over the past two weeks and this was by far our least favorite and the most expensive.
