We rented the entire three-bedroom apartment and were very happy with the amount of space. The rooms were large and comfortable, the air conditioning worked extremely well even during exceptionally hot weather, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen and bathrooms were also very well equipped. Communication with the property manager via WhatsApp was excellent, and we really appreciated the flexibility and helpful approach. The location is very convenient, close to Villa Borghese and within easy reach of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The city centre is very accessible, and Termini station is only two metro stops away.

There were only a few minor inconveniences. The entrance doors are quite heavy, and reaching the apartment on the fourth floor involves passing through three different doors, although after using the access app once, it becomes easy and straightforward. Before arrival, guests are required to complete an online check-in form and upload an ID document through the system. We understand that guest registration is required in Italy, but sending an ID scan online may feel slightly uncomfortable. The city tax is also paid separately through the online system and is not included in the accommodation price shown on Booking.com.
