Next to Haneda airport and many restuarants and convenience stores nearby. We also liked the ability to cook. It took some time until I knew how the lock key case worked, but after that it was easy.
There is a ladder to go to the bedroom, which for my feeling is very tricky to get used to. It would be nice if this would be improved. Maybe replace or improve the ladder which has smaller steps and more surface to walk on (basically a stair case style).

It was clean and well maintained.
It was really too small for three people. In the photos it “looks” much bigger than it is. Also, I did not realize from the photos that the bedroom was accessible only through a ladder. As two out of three people have bad knees, it was very difficult for us to go up and down the stairs.
