沒有室內脫，且訂兩間房，另一間房間門因裝潢做暗門，所以找很久才找到，建議可以做標示，缺少衣櫥或檯面可放東西，所以東西只能放在客廳，因為房子在一樓巷子邊，所以一早會聽到人們對話聲與汽車行走聲。鑰匙箱的鎖與說明書不同，所以在冷風中研究很久才開啟，建議更換。

比較的交通の便が良かった点、周りをあまり気にしなくても良かった点、料金がとても安かった点、トイレと風呂が別れていた点など。
あちこちに、埃や髪の毛が落ちていた点、掃除機内に以前使用されたゴミが残っていて気になった点、トイレ内にスリッパ等が欲しかった点、未使用シーツ等やソファベッドの布団カバーがわかりづらく、布団自体にクリーニングしていると思うが、パッと見で大きなシミや汚れがあって気になった点、カトラリーが上向で、埃が入るのではと思った点など。
