Reasonable price, good internet speed, Staff are very friendly and helpful.
No amenity dental kits but acceptable. Need to reduce noise. (Eg. I can hear another guest's mobile phone vibration (may be from the next door) and conversations as well.

Daily supply of bottled water and fresh towels. Good water supply. Spic and span sheets and beddings.
It would have been perfect had they provided an electric kettle in the room.

The room is small but it is clean and comfortable. Ample supply of running water in the bathroom. They replace the bath towels everyday and provide two bottles of drinking water as well.
It would have been a superb experience had they opened the swimming pool for guests during our stay. It is strange though that their reason for closing the pool was because of Covid-19 when every hotel in Bangkok now allow their guests to use their pool facilities -- wondering why the practice is not the same in Pattaya, which I think is a total bummer.
In addition, I hope they could also provide an electric kettle for each room to further add to the convenience of staying here. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.
