Great location, pretty good value for money. If you are wanting to have something with good access to supermarkets and a few cafes while you are visitng the South Wharf area (convention centre etc) it's a great location.
The WiFi was not good, the showers were very fiddly, and the process to get the security deposit done was arduous. Every time I engaged through booking.com or phone with the property it was like someone had men-in-black erased their memory of previous chats / info provided.

Two bedroom apartment was great for a family of four

the apartment was very clean and spacious for our family and the location was also very close restaurants and shops and the conference we attended.
it was very dark walking down the stairs outside of the apartment. the lighting wasn't great

Power went out, ceiling lights, on 2nd night when about to cook. Had to buy takeaway. The bathrooms were dark consequently overnight, had to use phone lights. Wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience even though the staff were lovely
