The property is in a great location
There was no instructions as to where to bring rubbish etc. it would’ve have been useful.

Location was excellent for access to the convention centre, supermarkets and food places. On site self-check in was easy with the videos - although I had to follow up as I didn't receive the check in email. On site staff were great - very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Security was excellent and the overall building was lovely and had easy access with ramps and fast lifts etc.
The apartment itself needs a bit of maintenance as it had a broken blind in the bedroom, leaking tap, wobbly toilet seat, a remote that needs replacing or new batteries, and the outlook looked internally into everyones balconies so wasn't as private as I would have liked. But even with these little things, our stay was fine and the place fit for purpose and I would definitely stay again.

Power went out, ceiling lights, on 2nd night when about to cook. Had to buy takeaway. The bathrooms were dark consequently overnight, had to use phone lights. Wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience even though the staff were lovely
