About this house rental
Charming 4 Bedroom 3 Full Bath River Cottage conveniently located in Dunnsville, VA on the Rappahannock River. Large 1 acre lot with a private dock not far from marinas in Tappahannock (Parker's) and Center Cross (Garrett's). Large rear deck and sun porch with beautiful views of the river, especially at sunrise. Outdoor fireplace, gas and charcoal grills, picnic table, outdoor swing near the beautiful magnolia tree are a few of the amenities. Bring your favorite fishing pole or use one of ours. Lots of fun things to do on the Rivah: boating, tubing, kayaking, fishing or just plain relaxing. This is a great place to bring the family for a week or just a long weekend. You will find lots of fun things to do in the area for all ages and lifestyles. This river home is not far from Urbanna, Tappahannock, Kilmarnock or Deltaville where you can find good dining, oysters and crabs (depending on season). No matter what the season, it is always relaxing at the Rivah!

Very spacious inside and cozy. Master bedroom bed comfortable. The property and view was gorgeous. Just two of us rented this time, but is a great setup for group/family. Will rent again! Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway from DC and the river views were incredible!!!Very spacious home, and we loved it! Presidents day weekend came with Eagles! Four of them! Screened in patio was amazing! Hosts were spectacular! Highly reccomend! Mvto!

This is a spacious cottage on a large lot with room for 8 with an amazing view of the Rappahannock River. We rented it to host a gathering of fathers and 12-13 year old sons. The boys had an absolute blast stand up paddle boarding, fishing off the dock, wakeboarding, playing stick ball in the front and back yards (they are both quite large), grilling out, wrestling outside, cooking smores on the outdoor firepit, and just hanging out on the back porch. The dads just kicked back and watched with smiles on their faces. Highly recommend this property - the owners are extremely nice, responsive and interested in you enjoying your stay.
