This was a great spot for 6 of us to gather from around the country to attend a family wedding. Colonial Beach is lovely, and we only regret that the weather was too cold and rainy for beach time. The Vermont in-laws used the pool each day nonetheless, and the house was really fun and well equipped for our reunion.

Very relaxing low key vacation with a lot of beach days. Most activities 7 to 15 minutes away.Also spent quite a lot of time in the pool.Very friendly host. Prompt answers to questions.

We had a short trip to Colonial Beach for our granddaughter's birthday. The house is beautiful and very, very clean. If you stay in the warm months the pool will be nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.
