About this house rental
This beautiful and updated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is the perfect setting for your next family vacation. Located in a private community, this light-filled home is steps from a heated pool, tennis courts, fire pit, and playground. Inside, gorgeous views of Lake George greet you from multiple levels.
The spacious entry with stone floors and knotty pine paneling provides ample space for shoes, beach chairs, and toys. A full washer and dryer, and garage are also located on this level. Up the stairs, the master bedroom suite with king size bed and full bath await. A second bedroom with two full sized beds and another full bath complete this level.
The main living area includes an open floor plan with comfortable seating, a new “smart TV” entertainment area, and room for dining at the large table or at a sleek bartop looking into the kitchen. The kitchen is updated with gorgeous cabinetry and granite countertops; it is stocked and ready for home cooking during your stay! Exit the huge sliding glass doors onto the large deck overlooking the community with spectactular views of Lake George. A half-bath and pantry are also located on this level.
Finally, the loft level includes a third large bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a full bathroom, and stunning lake and mountain views.
Juniper Hill Villas are located within a few miles of a public beach (Veteran’s Memorial Park is only $5 per car for the day), the famous Sagamore Resort & Spa, the Sagamore golf course, and the quaint town of Bolton Landing where you will find tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Lake George Village is a 10 mile scenic drive straight down Route 9N.

It’s our 5th time staying at Kristin’s. It’s a beautiful condo with easy access to both the pool and lake. The kitchen is fully equipped where we were able to cook all of our meals. Very relaxing. It’s also 5 mins from the town of Bolton.

This was our 4th year staying in this location, which is still our favorite place. Easy access to the lake and town of Bolton Landing. Accommodations are clean and the kitchen is well-equipped to cook all your meals. The community is very safe and friendly. We can't wait to return next summer.
