Barley Meadow

A wonderful home-from-home experience. Super easy property to telax in, with really comfortable living areas and bedrooms and a great shower. Kitchen is well-equipped with a decent dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Every kitchen utensil you could hope for and a huge fridge freezer with cold water dispenser. Strong and reliable WiFi and the hot tub was just delightful each evening. The hosts are absolutely wonderful - so accommodating, friendly and helpful. We loved getting to know them and their plethora of pets and animals. The welcome hamper was so generous and thoughtful and we truly couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you Peter, Jackie, Monty, Evie and all the other feathered and furry friends xx

Great area, beautiful scenery nearby, very homely. Lots of blackberries to pick and eat. Cute ducks and farm animals. Comfy beds. Had a great time. Perfect for families.

really good location private but not totally isolated. Great views of the Devon countryside. not far from Okehampton shops etc. 30 to 40 minutes from the beach or Dartmoor.

Loved the location, the size of all the downstairs rooms, the beds, the added extras provided (such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea bags, jam, shampoo) and the hot tub which was always ready.

A wardrobe in the small bedroom with doors that would open (they hit the bed before fully open, tendering the wardrobe hard to use).
