Good location
The seating in the living room was not the best. Especially the 2 additional chairs. There was no light over the kitchen table. The room above us sounded like a heard of elephants running around, Especially when there were kids. The 2nd bedroom made a lot of noise because of the heating system. There were some blue lights plugged into two of the outlets in my room. I didn't know what they were for, but it limited my access to plugs. There was no convenient way to plug my cell phone in my bedroom. It would be nice to have next to the bed. Everything else was perfect!

Close by to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mtn National Park. Very well stocked.
Living room furniture was sparse and uncomfortable. 4 adults and we had to bring chair from outside to have enough seating. It was more like patio furniture and not comfortable for relaxing after a busy day.
