My family of 7 decided to spend Christmas in this house and it was perfect. Warm, cozy, and decorated for the holidays even! The house had everything we needed to cook our traditional Christmas dinner and enjoy each other with plenty of space. Our favorite part of the house was all the wildlife we could enjoy from the deck each morning and evening. Great location with easy access to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely recommend this property!

The house was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. We were unaware that we did not have access to the whole house and the downstairs was occupied by I assume the property owners. The house was very quite and unless we had seen the other parties, we would not of know the downstairs was occupied. The wildlife around the area was amazing to see. We had a great time at the property and the house was everything we needed. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family.

Did not realize this was a duplex. However, could not tell anyone was beneath us the 8 days we were there. Very spacious! Great deck. Tons of deer and elk walking through the back yard. Amazing views of longs peak. Super close to down town.
